  If you require a disability-related accommodation or assistance animal, be aware that this property uses a third-party vendor to review requests, and that third party does not seem to enjoy complying with federal rules and regulations. In my experience, I was repeatedly unable to obtain a clear explanation of what specific information or documentation was allegedly missing from my request despite asking multiple times. The vendor repeatedly questioned the reliability of documentation from a licensed healthcare provider while refusing to identify a concrete deficiency in the documentation itself. Instead, I received generalized responses regarding provider affiliation, telehealth, "verification" concerns, and whether my disability was sufficiently "observable" to support my service animal, despite having never met me or observed my disability. The process became extremely circular. I repeatedly requested clarification regarding what was required for approval and repeatedly received the same generalized responses. I also repeatedly clarified that one of my dogs is a trained service dog, yet the standards applicable to service animals and emotional support animals appeared to be repeatedly conflated throughout the review process. The apartment repeatedly deferred to the vendor's determination and did not independently address my concerns or requests for clarification. As a result, I was unable to move forward with having my service dog reside with me despite months of attempts to resolve the matter directly. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to obtain clarification and resolve the issue, I filed a complaint with HUD regarding the handling of the accommodation process. It's felt dehumanizing and demeaning toward me as a person with a disabilitty. Others may have different experiences, but prospective tenants who require disability accommodations should be aware of this process before signing a lease.

It offers luxury-style living with features like high ceilings, full-size washer and dryer units, garage parking, and upgraded kitchens. The location is convenient—close to shopping hubs such as Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, with easy access to major highways and nearby MARTA transit. Many residents choose it for the walkable Buckhead neighborhood and proximity to restaurants, nightlife, and offices. Amenities and the central location are the main attractions, though rents in Buckhead tend to be higher than other parts of Atlanta.

  Extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment we moved into. It's been 7 days and none of the major issues have been resolved. The apartment was not cleaned before handover—there were cobwebs, roaches, and an overall unhygienic environment. Major appliances like the dishwasher, washing machine, and bathroom tap were broken from day one. Someone came to "fix" the dishwasher but installed a broken one that doesn’t even fit in the space—it falls out when you try to open it. We also emailed the maintenance team on August 25th and still haven’t received a response. No follow-up, no accountability, just empty promises. No one responds to email even if you send any. Totally unacceptable experience. If this is how new tenants are treated, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
