Amenities and the central location are the main attractions, though rents in Buckhead tend to be higher than other parts of Atlanta.

  I enjoy both my apartment and the surrounding area. The maintenance leader, Henry, and the leasing manager, Julian, are very helpful. I've never called the leasing office and had to leave a message or couldn't reach anyone on the phone. The rent-autopay service is fantastic and offers a discount. The gas and electricity bills are less than $100 combined (the appliances and lighting in the apartment are energy efficient). The apartment is relatively inexpensive for the area. My maintenance requests were completed within hours. I'm on the first floor, and my neighbors are very quiet. I've never seen my actual neighbors, but the people I meet in the parking lot are pleasant. I like that I have a place to park my bike and can choose whether to park outside in on a deck. Nice restaurants are within walking distance, and my favorite shopping and dining destinations are within a 5-minute drive. I love the apartment's upgrades. I've had no bad experiences. The complex is actually quite safe. I haven't seen any foot traffic (stragglers), just people walking their dogs, and all of the dogs seem friendly. The grounds are well kept. I sincerely hope that the renewal treats me well.

  I’ve only lived here a few months but it’s been a great experience thus far. Gabby made the leasing process seamless despite everything going on with COVID. She communicated with me daily with any new updates and was so easy to talk to. When I moved in there was some miscommunication about a few things but the property manager Brooke fixed them quickly....like within 24-48 hours. The community is quiet and friendly not to mention I’m walking to distance to chipotle :) I’m very happy hear and I’m glad I didn’t go off passed experiences that happened before they acquired new management.
