The delay was beyond my control, yet I had to pay my movers an additional $300 for their waiting time. I have requested compensation for this additional expense and have not received a response to date. What consideration is being given to the fact that I had to absorb a $300 cost as a direct result of a technical issue that was through no fault of my own?

It’s a great community, close to lots of food spots and a Publix. The community space is small though. It’s a workstation with ability to fit like 1-2 people inside the leasing office.
