  I am very disappointed in the way you treat your excellent paying customers who did not leave any damage in the apartment by finding ways to over-charge that customer with frivolous fees such as charging for a few of days of non-notice of intent to move and charging cleaning fees before I even moved out! I was a customer who had my rent payment on auto pay from day one and was never late on any payment to this property and the Thanks I get is you trying to squeeze as much money as you possibly can out of me by coming up with frivolous fees. I rate your property as the most dissatisfied property I have ever lived in! Nowhere on the notice of intent to move did I see that I would have monetary charges charged to me for a few days non-notice of intent to move from 60 days of notice.

  The noise is ridiculous and the front does nothing when I have asked for help with this many times. Upstairs neighbors blare music, and run a daycare so all day long it's stomping, running, shaking, bike riding inside, music, and just rudeness. The floors must be made of paper so don't expect any peace in your home. Neighbors park in the lined areas blocking the sidewalks and when reported I'm told "that vehicle isn't registered here" or "if outside office hours we can't do anything" yet maintenance will pull up in their carts to renovate and not tag the vehicles. It's just blatant disregard for being neighborly. 2 stars for affordable, the gym is nice, the pool looks nice we will see how the crowd is and if they are respectful when it opens.

  We had a great tour experience! Miguel was friendly, informative, and made us feel comfortable right away. Everything was clearly explained, and the community was presented beautifully. Thank you!

  I’ve been here almost two years and it’s been awful! Every time there is a maintenance issue they take even a MONTH to get it resolved, and they take over an hour to respond when there’s a maintenance emergency, can’t count on them if there’s a maintenance issue you’re on your own.
