Perfect location if you’re looking for city living. Local trolly which is steps away offers easy access to Channelside and downtown. Jared who is part of Miles management is truly amazing! Any questions or concerns there were always addressed in timely manner. Elsa and Jared always welcomes you with a smile! Chino, thank you for taking care of any maintenance issues. Always quick to respond and get the job done! Very professional and trustworthy. Appreciate the Miles team.

Upon moving in I had a bad experience with the noise entering my unit and property management was willing to assist in helping me find a new unit and made sure I did not have to pay extra for this change. In the end I ended up having a unit worth moving into that is way quieter and peaceful :)) Thank you to Jared and Elsa for their attention to the resident!

Jared was such a pleasure and was extremely helpful. He made the move in process very easy and simple. Apartment building looks great and very clean. I 100% recommend.
