- LLLuisJul 31, 20261.0Hace un año le tiraron agua a las escaleras,Estas estan sucias con basura incrustada de tiempo y parece que nadie lo ve.Cada año suben los precios de la renta pero no mejoran nada en los apartamentos todo los equipos son viejos.

Lo peor es q reportas un problema o una rotura y pasan días, meses y nadie viene a arreglar nada. Estuvimos más de dos meses sin agua en la cocina, lo reporte 5 veces y se arregló porque hablamos personalmente con el de mantenimiento. Ahora reportamos hace 20 días una filtración q mantiene mojado parte del piso (carpeta) y nada q vengan a ver. Para rematar el baño del cuarto principal no coge agua para descargarlo y el refrigerador hace un ruido q molesta, estoy pensando q cuando lo reporte, para q año vendrán. 2777 apto 303
