  Extremely happy with our decision to move here. Staff was knowledgeable,professional and helpful through out our process. Property's beautifully maintained and we can't wait to explore the amenities. Kudos to all of the staff for helping this process and wonderful one.

  If I could give this place a zero star rating i absolutely would. I’d like to start this by saying the apartments themselves are beautiful but within the first week my A/C unit leaked, my sink leaked, water damage forming across my ceiling due to poor maintenance job upstairs, washing machine was incredibly loud and they never came to fix it. I was there for 3 weeks to put things into perspective. My family and I lived above a very grump old lady and her husband and she filed multiple noise complaints on our unit simply because my child was existing above her. She would bang on her ceiling at all hours of the day because we were “too loud.” Mind you I was a new resident. This started the day we moved in. My apartment echoed and I tried to explain that to the leasing office on multiple occasions because we had no furniture yet. When the leasing office finally got ahold of this situation they handled it poorly. They blasted our unit number and the noise complaints all across the resident app which was a complete violation of our privacy and compromised the privacy of our 3 year old child. David and kenyatta (don’t Care how you spell her name) also told me on multiple occasions that my child needed to BE QUIET. After a verbal altercation with the leasing office we ultimately decided to get a house and move. Furthermore. They leaked mine and my husbands phone numbers to a nearby resident who we had a parking dispute with day one, because the leasing office never once mentioned that anybody had special parking. This individual blocked my car in for 2 hours until I called the cops and later that day that individual had sent us a text about the parking situation again. The office denies ever doing but we walked away with the proof. Kenyatta Kimble is on here writing her own Google reviews and replying to herself to boost her Google ratings. Embarrassing. She will also send informative resident emails but shell do so in all caps and in a very threatening manner. This women accused my husband of being aggressive when he went to the leasing office to ask about a unit change and ultimately banned him and kicked us out. But I’m happy to make it known that this altercation was recorded and they lied. He went in there as any good father should to find a solution. If you value your family and your children’s right to exist in a home You’re paying outrageous prices for, don’t move here. You can find a better landlord than any of the agents In that office. A reminder to make sure you know the FHA laws because this place doesn’t care about the law and soon they’ll find out they should have! If you do move here don’t work with anybody besides Dwayne. He’s the only decent human in that office:) JUST DONT LIVE HERE

  They do not take noise complaints seriously. My family is ready to break the lease and move due to extremely loud and disrespectful neighbors above us. My kids aren’t getting enough sleep! This ish goes on ALL night. Won’t let me add videos here but I have sooooo many!!! Office does NOTHING. Have even left review on BBB for the home company and nothing! Ridiculous.
