- FBFrankia BreedloveMay 6, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency from the management team here. We reported an issue with our dryer on April 15th, and after multiple emails and follow-ups, it is now May 6th and no one has resolved the issue or even properly communicated with us. We are quiet tenants, we pay our rent on time, and we never complain. That’s why this experience has been so frustrating. Something as basic as having a working dryer should not take weeks to address. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase down management just to get maintenance for essentials they are paying for every month. There are honestly several other things around the property that could use attention, but we rarely even bother reporting them because it takes so long just to get help with basic issues. If something as essential as a dryer takes weeks with no response, it makes you feel like reporting smaller concerns is pointless. The lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. Communication goes a long way, and unfortunately, that has been missing throughout this entire situation. As a military family that has lived in several communities over the years, I can honestly say this has been the poorest management experience we have encountered so far. If you're considering moving here please BE VERY CAUTIOUS. Things aren't what they appear to be.
