- PAPam AllenAug 6, 20265.0David Dent was my point of contact person.He was awesome.From start to finish.He was very professional,polite and very helpful.I have never had a leasing agent so nice and honest and very prompt.I toured the property and was approved instantly.The property was well kept and very clean.I unfortunately couldn't move , because of an family emergency 😔.I recommend these apartments and David as your leasing agent.5 stars most definitely 💯😁.If I do come back to Jacksonville this will be my home.

They charge a lot for amenities to be down, have had maintenance requests in and ignored for some time, and the neighbors upstairs are EXTREMELY loud all night and early morning. The office does NOTHING! Tired of my kids being woken up at 3 am. Put concrete or a barrier between your floors like most proper apartments! Most likely not going to renew due to the excessive noise from the animals above us! I have so many videos of them dropping and dragging stuff late night, knocking on the floor (my ceiling), kids RUNNING AND STOMPING half the night and early morning. Over it. Take your complaints seriously !

Maintenance is very sorry they half way work, half way fix things, barely respond to work orders. If you move out 2 days before your lease up they’ll charge you over $3000. I can do on all day the worst apartments you pay for valet trash & still have trash in front of your door everyday because the valet doesn’t always pick up all the trash. They leave trash in the corner of stairs bugs… elevators barley making it I promise don’t let the pictures fool you they are not specific about rules they will leave everything on you. I’ve had THE worst experience!!! My husband was fixing maintenance issues because no one every came I just can’t believe how things have been 0-10 DONT RECOMMEND
