  We answered an ad for a two story home for lease in the north side area of Jacksonville in 6/22. That is when we spoke to Barron McWright with Northeast Florida Realty & Property Management for the first time. He described the property over the phone we and decided to meet with him at the property. At that meeting we encountered a young man (Barron) who was egger to show the home and seemed very knowledgable about the property. Barron gave us a positive run down of every room in the house, however he was also very open and forth coming of the negative aspects of the home. It seems as that this was an investment home that had been "flip" and were told that there could be some minor issues that would be addressed if needed. To our amazement we found that the honesty concerning the true condition of the home, and his professional demeanor was helpful in the decision to move in. About a week after moving in we experienced a backup of the showers and toilet. I reached out to Barron to inform him of the problem and received an immediate response. He apologized and had a plumber there that afternoon. Turns out the previous tenant used the toilet to flush diaper wipes. From that point things went very smooth until the dryer vent clogged up. I contacted Barron and within ten minutes had answered back, and again was very detail oriented and sent a dryer vent company to clear the line the next day. Thing went well for five more months and then one afternoon we noticed water coming through the upstairs bedroom. Upon further inspection it appeared that the water line in the upstairs bathroom was leaking. Once again I contacted Barron and after about thirty minutes he responded and requested pics. When Barron seen the damaged he called in plumbers on the weekend to quickly repair the leak. Not long after that our one year lease expired and was offered an additional year if we wanted to stay another year. Even though we had some issues with the home, that might we add was a comfortable home, the main reason we were opened to extended the lease was the way we were treated by Barron and NFRPM as a whole. He was proactive on every issue that came up and knew how to take care of business. Customer service is really hard to find these day we are living in and Barron has been paying attention. The art of good management in business is not wether problem arise"because they will always be there" BUT what you do about it. We found Barron the entire time we were tenants with NFRPM twenty four months total to have great knowledge of the realty business, laser focus on the day in and day out problems that are alway there when managing property, but most of all honesty and a can do attitude. It must be his fathers influence teaching him early on that customer service and doing the right thing is more important than monetary gain. Once the lease was up and the owners wanted to sell the home we really wanted to stay with NFRPM and rent another home, however they did not have anything large enough to meet our needs. In closing we just wanted to make sure everyone who reads these rating know how we were treated and that Barron would receive kudo's for his attention to details and making our stay more enjoyable. The Adams family can and does highly recommend NFRPM to anyone looking for real estate to buy or lease. Sincerely The Adams Family

  I've rented from NE FL Realty & currently leasing my home through them. They are top notch when it comes to managing a property. I've dealt with other property management companies in the past and had terrible experiences. Dealing with Barron has completely changed my opinion on property managers. He is fair and honest on both sides and doesn't choose one side over the other. The other reviews on him simply can not be true. Highly recommend Northeast Florida Reality!
