  My fiance and I have lived here for a few months now and have had nothing but issues with our apartment. I’m not sure if we got a bad unit or what but it has been miserable and back to back problems. First, move in day we started to do laundry and found that the washer smelled terrible and had not been cleaned for move in, the agitator was pitch black. Also, the dryer knob was broken and set to cold air and we were unable to set it to heat. Nothing quite like moving in an apartment with a nasty washer and broken dryer. When the weather slowly started to get colder and below freezing we realized that our heat was broken. We moved in at the beginning of January so temperatures outside were at a range where the heat could keep up. When maintence came to fix the heat, black smoke bellowed out of every single air vent and set the fire alarms off for 30 minutes. I had to open every single window and door for ventilation in freezing cold weather and leave them open because our entire apartment smelt like fire and burning plastic. Our throats hurt after and we ran up our electric bill having to use the emergency heat (maintenance’s request for “testing things”) Around March it started warming up outside and we realized our AC is also broken! We had to deal with our apartment being in the 80s until maintenance could get it fixed. This also ran up our electric bill. Why is a washer, dryer, heat, and AC, not checked by staff before move in? Now, we have mold growing in our closet! Just when I think all of the issues are solved, something else arises. The paint job they did on all of the bathroom sinks is peeling off. Crappy wall patch work all over the place. For $1800 dollars a month, are we serious? Living off Hodges Blvd is nice and being close to the beach, but I do not recommend this apartment complex. Don’t fall for the good reviews like we did, a ton of them are there because those people are entered in for the apartments offer of a $100 gift card raffle. I guess I won’t be!

  Extremely happy, love the neighborhood and the team. Erisha is very understanding and helpful. My family and I look forward to renewing this summer! Maintenance outstanding!

  Just moved in recently, everything went smoothly. i have no complaints and I love my apartment. My first interaction with maintenance was pleasant and the office team were there from the tour to the move! Love it here! Would recommend

  This was a wonderful community to live in! The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to our repair requests and got the job done efficiently. Mr. Carlon was incredibly kind and always made us feel welcome. Erisha and the entire leasing office team were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. We truly appreciated everything they did to make it a great place to call home. Even our purr babies loved living there too!!!!
