  Devonte was a great help for moving in, made it very easy and fast. The place is overall great and kept to a very high standard. Everything is cleaned and maintained as well as very easy to contact for any help. Highly recommend this place it’s worth the cost.

  At first it was nice but I’m gonna be honest… to the management I think that charging for full amenities is wrong when the gates have NEVER worked since I moved in over a year ago. There is homeless people coming in and out of the community. There is a couple in a gray Honda that come in at midnight who do not live here and start dumpster diving through our things. People not picking up after their dogs and stepping on their poop. All they do is send out community reminders but I do not see any active remedy to fix these issues. That is exactly why I decided to end my lease and leave early. I rather pay extra than stay in a place that I do NOT feel safe at. I have friends who live in other units here and we ALL have an issue where as soon as we flush a toilet, or run water in the apt there is a knocking/tapping sound that comes from within the wall. The hallways smell so bad from people’s trash. We get pick up Sunday through Thursday. But ppl start leaving trash out on Friday and it sits there until Sunday night! Including pictures of everything ! Including random people beefing with each other in the hallway and leaving notes bc it smelled bad.

  Devonte Williams gave us an amazing tour and was very informative and helpful with explaining everything. My sister loved the place and will be moving in soon 🤞🏽

  Love everything so far been here a month. Friendly community and helpful staff. Plus they offer Amenify which comes in handy for cleaning and tasks.

  Jake was the reason why we rented here. I had to find, screen and decide on a new apartment for my daughter who was moving there from Tallahassee. I am in Miami so communication here was so important since we were signing site unseen. I am also a realtor so of course I was looking for the best place at the best price that felt safe for her. I called several communities in the area and I chose Tomoka Pointe because Jake answered the call, provided all the answers to our questions and showed patience the entire time. He continued to communicate with us every time we called and he gave us the sense of security that we needed. He provided white glove service until the day she moved in. The grounds are nice and the amenities are very pretty as well as clean. I absolutely recommend this place and suggest you see Jake!
