This is the first negative review I’ve ever written about anything, because most problems can usually be solved—but not in this complex. The office management is terrible; everyone passes the buck, and no one ever resolves issues in a timely manner. The gates don’t work (ever), there are no security cameras, and the complex accepts no liability for your property if something goes wrong on the premises. I’ve repeatedly seen homeless people climbing over the fence and wandering around the grounds. When we moved in, the apartment itself was quite dirty, so we had to clean it all over again. The water meters weren't working—and I know for a fact we weren't the only ones—yet the office simply decided to invent a figure for our water bill and refused to explain why we were being charged $100–$150 a month (as if we had a private swimming pool in our apartment 😳). Several times, a malfunctioning air conditioner caused water to leak into our closet, ruining many of our belongings. The washing machine was incredibly noisy; the repairman who came to look at it refused to do anything, saying they’d only replace it once it broke down completely, as fixing it was too much of a hassle and pointless. It’s truly impossible to list every single problem—something is broken or not working almost constantly. You’ll waste a huge amount of time and energy trying to get these issues resolved, but *no one* will actually fix them, because the only thing that matters to the office is getting you to sign the lease; after that, they couldn't care less about you or your problems

I absolutely do not recommend this place; the community is terrible. They were constantly ripping us off. After four months, we discovered the magnets on the water meters weren't working; we checked the bills and realized we had been paying huge amounts for water. And this was with just two women and a child living in the apartment. Two women worked 12-hour shifts and only slept at home, while the child was at school. We spent about nine months going to the office asking them to resolve the issue. nine months! It was incredibly draining. Eventually, we agreed to pay the final bill in June and move out in July. BUT, after we moved out in July, they demanded another $250 for a month we had already paid for (as shown in our bills). On top of that, they threatened to send the debt to a collection agency if we didn't pay. They had no interest in resolving anything; they issued random water bills, the security gate never worked, the property was left unsecured, and the pool was almost always dirty. The apartment itself was nothing more than basic and certainly not worth the constant aggravation caused by their attitude.

I have never written a negative review before, but living in this complex was the worst housing experience I’ve ever had. When we moved in, the cleaning was terrible, and we had to clean the entire apartment from scratch. Throughout our stay, things were constantly breaking down; the security gates almost never worked, and there were homeless people on the premises all the time. One night, the lawn next to my car was set on fire. There are no security cameras on the property, so you’re never safe there. There is never anyone in the office who can help resolve issues, and the manager is never around either. During our second month, the water meter in our apartment broke, and the office decided we would start paying $150 a month for water. To this day, no one has explained why that specific amount was chosen or why we should have to cover their losses simply because they couldn't be bothered to fix the meters. Since they refused to repair the meters or lower the water charges, we wanted to terminate our lease early, but they refused—even though the problem was entirely their fault. The grounds are poorly maintained, and the lawns are usually covered in dog feces. I can assure you: if you have the option to choose somewhere else to live, do it. Don't waste your time on this complex; you’ll end up paying for it with your peace of mind.

We lived there for over a year, and for most of that time, we paid more for water than for electricity; the management office knew about the issue but did nothing. Our final water bill for a single month came to $224, even though three people—including one child—lived in the apartment. They are extremely negligent regarding these problems and shift the burden onto the tenants, so think twice before signing a lease with them.
