  Very disappointing experience. I paid $400 for an apartment application, and $200 of that amount was supposed to be refunded. I never received the refund. Even worse, I never received an answer about my application. I waited and followed up multiple times, but got no clear response. Eventually, I had to cancel the application myself because I simply could not keep waiting. I applied somewhere else, and that is where I currently live. After canceling, I contacted Delamarre multiple times about the $200 they still owe me. I sent several emails, including a final follow-up, and they completely stopped responding. The $200 is frustrating, but the lack of communication and accountability is even worse. If there was a reason I wasn’t entitled to the refund, they could have simply explained it. Instead, I was left waiting for an application decision, had to cancel it myself, and am now still trying to get money that should have been refunded. Think twice before applying and make sure you keep records of everything. I personally would not recommend this property.

  Jordan was so wonderful showing us different units in the complex. After we moved in (Nov '25) the entire team has been very helpful helping us navigate life at Delamarre. We are also very impressed with the maintenance team. They're all very pleasant and have taken care of our requests without delay. We are very happy that we chose Delamarre!!!!

  My fiance and I just toured here and it’s definitely our #1 choice when we decide to move! The amenities are great and the location is great as well!

  I moved in June and have had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. My apartment was clearly not properly cleaned or prepared before move-in. I found significant pet hair and debris in the carpet, mold and mildew in the shower, a mold-covered dishwasher filter, water damage, a damaged refrigerator, and numerous other issues. The worst has been the roach infestation. I found bugs on my first day, large adult roaches within my first few nights, and have since documented 140+ small roaches and other bugs despite multiple pest treatments. It took over four weeks of repeatedly asking maintenance and pest control before I finally received confirmation that they were roaches. I have attempted to resolve these issues directly with management multiple times and have provided extensive documentation and photos. Emails are frequently ignored, and when I do receive a response, management often addresses one small issue while ignoring the majority of what I raised. I have spent countless hours coordinating maintenance and pest control, taking time away from work, purchasing products, and dealing with the stress of an infestation in what was supposed to be my new home. I would absolutely recommend not living here. Prospective residents should thoroughly inspect and document everything before accepting their keys. AUGUST UPDATE: Google Review Update It has now been weeks since I began working directly with management regarding the issues I experienced after moving in, and unfortunately, very little has been resolved. I have had to repeatedly follow up just to receive a response, let alone any meaningful solution to the problems I initially brought to their attention. Even the services that were scheduled have not gone as planned. Communication has been incredibly poor, and I have repeatedly had to reach out and essentially beg for basic details about when services would occur, what to expect, and what was actually being done to address the situation. I am now starting my third month living here with very little resolution to the issues that began when I moved in. At this point, the lack of communication and follow-through from management has become just as frustrating as the original problems. I gave management plenty of opportunities to address these concerns and hoped that working with them directly would lead to a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Whatever you do, do not live here!
