  The apartments are great. However, the leasing agent will try and sell you a unit you told them multiple times you are not interested in. I toured an apartment with Mark and even informed him of what I specifically wanted. Not only did he disregard the style of apartment that I wanted but he also quoted and had me to apply for the incorrect unit. Please ensure that you go in and tour the unit first because their website is not accurate and it appears to be a sales thing in my opinion.

  Came multiple times for a tour each time dealt with rude concierge, and wasn’t able to tour. Good service is going above and beyond, doesn’t seem as if they are interested in people leasing the units here!

  This place is awesome! They have resident events that are very enjoyable and their host is amazing. The recent Splash Apt Life event, hosted by Cookie, was top tier and such a great time. Cookie was very personable and ensured that all the guest were tended to and had everything they needed. Highly recommend!

  I’m a new resident and still have at least a year to go (on my lease) but my experiences w/ the management, leasing and maintenance teams at The Chase have been excellent so far. I moved from UM due to unfortunate personal circumstances and feel so at ease at a property that is attentive and efficient. Every request or need I’ve made thus far has been met with professionalism and prompt responsiveness with resolutions. Isiah, Jermia, Shaunacey, Kevin and the young lady that serves as concierge during the week have been personable and helpful, thank you.

  I just moved into my new apartment from the West coast, and the staff has made the process seamless. Everyone is so kind and attentive, shout out to Jermia and Tony. I had 10 massive boxes and the concierge and security went out their way to help me get everything to my home! Even when setting up my wifi, the staff recommended Xfinity, specifically Marcos, and he patiently helped me get my plan situated. Marcos and the entire team here genuinely deserve their flowers, because this has been the best experience.
