  Effortless transaction! Jason made this transaction extremely smooth. He is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable. Jason is a great communicator and very responsive. We really appreciated this, having not bought a house in 35 years! He handled all our questions/issues as buyers with the seller, kept us apprised of all developments, every step of the way and helped us through the milestones such as inspections and closing. Being new to the area he made us feel welcome and gave us recommendations for things to do and, most importantly, restaurants!
