  Excellent service. Always available and on my side even tho he represented both buyer and myself. David immediately had a buyer, actually several for my property before it hit the market.. He negotiated the highest sale price possible. It also sold as is. I did not have do or pay for any repairs. .David was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all question and fix all problems that I ran into.   Used David to sell and purchase properties. Sold condo at the beach as is for full market price and even got buyer to pay closing costs. Smooth, fast and easy transactions

  After interviewing 6 agents in San Diego, my gut told me to go with David. I was right! He held an open house for me almost every weekend until my home sold AND he got me $50,000 more than any agent wanted to list my property. I have no doubt that he would work just as hard for me as a buyer. I will ONLY consider hiring David again if I am ever lucky enough to return to San Diego.
