Well kept lawns and Gardens, sidewalks, large ornamental trees and bushes literally cover our property here. Beautiful stone and brickwork on all sides of our buildings, beautiful rooftop gables and expansive , framed windows adorn the buildings exteriors. Our interiors are well maintained by the LandLord.

We have lived at The Pointe for the past year. While the unit finishes are decent, many of the appliances are dated and unreliable. The dishwasher rarely cleans dishes properly, the garbage disposal sounds like it’s falling apart even after being repaired, and the dryer exhaust has repeatedly come loose.
Maintenance has been a consistent frustration. Requests are often not completed in a timely manner, and communication is lacking. My husband works nights, and I clearly noted in multiple work orders that maintenance should visit after 2pm. Despite this, they routinely came early in the morning, banging on the door and ignoring the access notes. On one occasion, my husband walked into the living room in his boxers to find a member of the maintenance team already inside our apartment.
We also had a snake inside our patio water closet, which went unaddressed for over three weeks. Additionally, there were issues with the door sweep that caused our electric bills to be extremely high. The replacement was an adhesive door sweep that drags badly, making the door difficult to open, and you can still see daylight through the seal on the other side.
Sound insulation between units is practically nonexistent. I can hear my upstairs neighbor using the bathroom daily.
The office is also extremely difficult to reach, phone calls often go unanswered. During periods of bad weather, the property is not properly serviced, which creates additional safety and accessibility concerns. The gated access is unreliable and frequently does not work. I was supposed to have remote gate access and was told it would function after a system update, but it never did.
Overall, for the price, I would not recommend living here. They wanted to increase our rent amount by over $200 at time of renewal. We are renting a 4 bed 2 bath brand new home for only $100 more than our one bed apartment here.
