  My husband and I chose Toll Brothers because of their strong reputation as one of the top homebuilders in the region. However, from our first visit, we felt an unexpected lack of interest from the sales team, quite the opposite of the warm and welcoming experience we had with another builder nearby. Despite this, we moved forward because we loved a specific floor plan that perfectly matched our vision. We met all the requirements and successfully closed on the home. Looking back, we regret not choosing a builder that truly values its clients. As we approach our one-year of the house, still under warranty, we hired a private inspection that revealed numerous issues. Nearly 75% remain unresolved, including structural and material-related problems. Even the issues that were addressed were handled with the same dismissive attitude we experienced from the start, as if they were doing us a favor rather than honoring their warranty. This is a warning: their after-sales service is extremely poor. Do your research carefully—the other builder offer follow-up inspections during the warranty period, while Toll Brothers does not. They boast loudly about never making mistakes—but they do! Even in the most critical aspects of the home.
