  It's okay but wouldn't recommend long term. The staff is lovely and the amenities are great, but its not a kid-friendly environment. Its more if you have pets but otherwise not the greatest. The space is small so its better if you live alone or if you dont live with kids. A common issue here is that the fire alarm as been pulled more than once in less than a year! Making it a common issue here at Edgemont. Overall, this place is good but only as a temporary home.

  We recently rented an apartment and had an excellent experience working with Yuwei Wang. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Her guidance made everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We are also very impressed with the building itself. The amenities are excellent, well-maintained, and add great value to the overall living experience.   My move in with Wilson was great. He took the time to walk through all aspects of the apartment, showed me all the amenities and answered any questions I had. A great experience and a great way to start living in a new building

  Great experience renting here. Yuwei, the property manager, was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. The apartment and amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend!
