  The Management Team(especially Ms. Natatia) are very friendly and professional, not to mention keeps the place extremely clean and in order.. you can tell they take the upmost pride in their work. Sincerely a happily satisfied resident.

  Biggest regret of my life. I do not even want to walk into this building ever again, and I would never recommend it to anyone I know. My experience living here was extremely stressful and emotionally exhausting for my family. I deeply regret underestimating how difficult this experience would become. Please do your own research and read detailed reviews carefully before deciding to move here.   It almost has been a month since we started living here, and it has been great ! Its a prime location with restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, cafes etc and its really close to the university making it easy to commute. The 82nd avenue is always very lively. There are bike tracks almost on every road. You can always find e-scooters nearby. The LRT is just a few hundred meters from here and there are many bus stops around the building The building itself is one of the safest buildings in the neighborhood and is maintained really well and has many facilities. The management is really helpful. Vishal and Tejas are one of the friendliest people we have ever met.
