  Never have any issues good pet store but I drove 30 minutes because they have signs all over there building saying 50 percent off tanks none of the tanks rang up as 50 percent off even if the tag inside said 50 percent off I was looking to get a 10 gallon tank that was $36 with a clearance sign saying $18 when I brought it to the counter it was $36 I went back twice and even had a worker price check I said “well doesn’t it say $18” and well I didn’t get it for $18 should remove the signs outside and inside on the tags stating there half off I made sure they where the right tanks at the right place still a good pet shop just disappointed i drove for a sale that didn’t uphold there discount at the register

  Stephanie was very rude as I was trying to adopt a bearded dragon and a starter kit. She tried to upsell me and state it’s a store policy and how she knows all this about bearded dragons because she owns one as I’m with my friend who has multiple. Looked it up and it’s not a store policy just a recommendation but she would not accept that and said unless I get a certain item I can’t check out. Probably just because it’s close to close

  The animals looked well taken care of and the staff was friendly. It was a little add that there was a speaker announcement for a phone call or something going off constantly. But we will be back to feed the sharks next week!

  In my personal experience, the staff at this Petco on Alpine is beyond top-tier 🙌🏾🙌🏾 All of the staff are very knowledgeable about every Different species of animals That they carry. All the staff are super friendly are outgoing, and like I said very knowledgeable about all the products in store and online. Even though there are other pet supply stores in the area, I will go out of my way just to come to this Petco because of the staff the service an the experience that I receive (which remains consistent every single time!!!! )
