  Staff was great. Took all 3 of my figs in for nail trim at the last minute. It was no problem. Stephanie even helped my mom and I get one of the bigger dogs back into the car. She had lots of patience!! I will definitely be using them again.

  I could only give the salon two stars due to several reasons. 1 is because Jade was super nice and very apologetic for the service that we received and 1 because I could tell my dog did have a very good bath. So this review is no reflection of the service she directly provided but the unfortunate circumstances she was in.However this was our first experience at petco the day before our appointment they called and adjusted the time I bring in my dog by an hour which was an inconvenience to me but I was very understanding and adjusted. I took my dog in for a full service bath, grooming, teeth brushing, nail clipping ext. Jade was the only groomer at the salon and the other groomer called out she was doing the best she could but I was also on timeframe due to other appointments. My dog was at petco 2.5 hours and it was only bathed. While I waited to pay she did trim his face and I was thankful but I would say if you dont have all day to wait for your dog or you can't leave and come back before they close you need to schedule on a day your calender is clear incase they have call outs. She did offer a coupon for the next time which was generous but I do not plan to return to use that my time is valuable.

  Jess is Ice’s fave. She gets him right everytime. She knows his angles too. The best groomer in Slidell. Argue with your mama ;) I said what I said ☺️

  I had an appointment for my 7lb dog to be groomed, bathed, nails cut, anal gland and teeth brushed. However the lady seemed unfriendly at the beginning. When I returned my dog was barking from the kennel area when she saw me. This lady started yelling at her to be quiet. Not sure what she was doing just standing in there. She came out and told me to go pay my bill up front before I saw my dog. I asked why the bill only said groom and bathed. She said she couldn't do anything with her as she would only curl into a ball. She said she couldn't brush her teeth or even groom her back legs very well. I asked to see my dog first. She was hesitant but brought my dog out. Again this lady was not the most friendly. I took my dog and went and paid the bill. My dog is 7 years old and has been getting groomed her entire life and I've never had anyone say things like this. Thankfully im only passing through as I would never take my dog there again. I saw no other pet there waiting to be groomed or any that had been finished. Now I can guess as to why.
