We love them. Only positive experiences with the sweetest most attentive staff. They treat our boy like their own 🤍🤍🤍 they recently diagnosed him with this weird infection and did a drainage and incision and they were super on it with when they wanted him back to check him out frequently, and got back to us right away once they got the culture and sensitivity.

The service plan started out at $38 monthly, by the time our dog was a senior, the rate was $65 mo. Over the years, most of the employees were friendly, Some vets were good, some were not so great. I didn’t understand how a dog that had been going to them for years, would eventually have loose teeth, literally almost falling out because that’s just the kind of dog he was,, & they wanted to charge $750 to pull a tooth - while paying $68 a month! . I told him there was no way that we could pay that, He went down to $250. I was appreciative that he went down in price but $750 to pull a loose tooth? Another reason for the score was because I was at the Banfield at the mall, And was holding my dog while leaving the store, I had flip-flops on, Another dog Pooped right in front of the door and I did not see it, so my flip-flop got stuck in the poo and I fell flat on my face with my dog, he was running toward the street. I had people catching the dog for me and helping me up . When I turned around the manager of that store was cleaning up the dog mess and looked right at me, she did not ask me one question, she turned around and walked away. I went in and filled out a report, I called Pet Smart And not one person called me back. Nor did the manager of the store. No apologies didn’t ask how I was doing. Even even after that, I still stuck with Banfield. because we made such a large investment by paying monthly for years. Our dog was elderly and prone to having problems, And paying a monthly plan helped on some services . So it came time to put my dog to sleep, And it went pretty smoothly overall , but we did not bring a box to put him in. We thought that something they would have taken care of for a patient. . I could not believe that the box they put him in was a box they had in the back of the store from supplies they use in the store. The girl brought our dog to the back to lay him in a box, we thought! It was a small square box. My dog fit in it, but it was square and it just seemed wrong. I was expecting a little bit bigger box so that he could be laid straight. Very disappointed in that. And very disappointed that after that and being such a Long-term patient of theirs, Not one employee called to see how everything was, No card, nothing. Even this survey was sent to my email seven months after his death to ask how THEY did. . It was routine as usual for them. The days of compassion are over. It’s all about the mighty dollar. We have since then had to put another dog down, And we did not go to Banfield &. It was cheaper , even without a plan! They even provided a type of bag that helps with decomposition . If we decide to have dogs again, we will definitely be finding a new veterinary clinic that loves what they do, has compassion & doesn’t try to upsell Services and medication.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
