I took my puppy Milo to this clinic when he became very sick. Everyone there was kind, compassionate, and got him back as quickly as they could. The doctor was upfront that there was a chance he might not make it, and they diagnosed him with coccidia and started fluids and treatment. Unfortunately, Milo passed away about eight hours after I dropped him off. I spoke with the vet afterward, and he told me that he had performed CPR and tried to save him. I’m genuinely grateful that they did everything they could for him. My biggest concern was the pricing and the lack of clarity surrounding it. I was given a quote for 2–3 days of hospitalization and asked to leave a deposit. After Milo passed, the vet told me I would be receiving money back from that deposit. I never received that money, and the next day I was actually being charged an additional $48. The vet did waive that charge, which I appreciate, and he later called and apologized for telling me I would receive part of the deposit back. I’m not trying to take away from the kindness they showed Milo or the effort they made to save him. My issue is simply that the pricing and communication about what I was paying for did not add up, and it left me very confused during an already difficult situation.

The service they provided to my Doberman, Ember and my senior Chorkie, Luna was exceptional. They was so patient with my anxious Doberman, who barks at everyone from excitement. They was very accommodating and allowed me to wait outside with my dogs until it was time for the appointment. There's an examination room that you wait in while your pet is receiving care and I like that. Ember left happy and enjoyed their company which is a big deal for her. She allowed them to cut her nails as well which is a huge deal. Luna makes friends everywhere she goes. They did receive shots, examinations and medication and nail trims.. for all that.. I feel the price was reasonable. They even gave me quotes for future procedures which also seemed reasonably priced. It was very clean, which is something i pay attention to at vet offices. They was very knowledgeable. The receptionists was very nice as well, I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and friendly. Sometimes receptionist experiences can make or break a vets office for you but, I truly enjoyed my experience checking in and out with them!! But, what I loved most about this place is their patience with my fur babies, they treated them so well and was caring. I'd feel safe leaving them for surgery. I feel as though they wouldn't be mistreated and they'd be patient with my babies coming off anesthesia. (Luna is very vocal after anesthesia) I will be back and I do recommend them!

I drive 45 minutes from the other end of Lexington to Winchester. They are priced lower than anyone in Lexington. That's how they got my attention. That was 3 years ago. Now it's NOT about the price it's about the SERVICE. I have a large vicious dog that has to be completely knocked out just to have him groomed. Anesthesia is not cheap. How they care for my dog is why I continue returning. . It would take a miracle to get me to switch veterinarians. Clark County would have to go out of business for me to go elsewhere. . THANK YOU ALL !!!!!

Brought my cat in for his first groom and update his vaccines. Christie, the groomer, was great with him. Super friendly staff with great prices. Will be bringing my other pets here now as well.
