  Llevé a mi bebé a esa clínica desesperada pues estaba expulsando sangrando la nariz y en las heces además de vómitos, realmente le doy gracias infinitas a esos profesionales pues en menos de 24 horas mi perrito es otro ,ya se alimenta y no ha tenido absolutamente más nada. No me gusta hablar de precio pues hubiese dado cualquier cosa que me pudieran,pero realmente es asequible en comparación con otros lugares .Gracias por devolver la alegría a mi hogar.

  We took our dog her bc we noticed he was walking with a limp and they said nothing was wrong with him he was just rough housing with our other dog and he just needs to be separated for a few days and they sent him home with medicine when he came back he came back fine running around the backyard like nothing happened then we give him his medicine he started acting slow next day time to eat and medicine never ate and started to have the shakes he goes 2 days without eating took him back to the vet they gave him iv he stay 2 night at the vet still not eating then we pulled him out took him home he had his last night with us he didn’t sleep at all he was hurting so bad you can tell he was out of it he got really skinny to where you can see his bones and all he was doing was laying down whining in pain so we went to go put him down and said our last goodbye to our boy 😭

  We took our Pet Depot our dog Shively and called them first to see if they can see him because he was not walking and a few other symptoms and they were not good and they turned us away and basically because they did not have time even after they told us to come in but they didn't do anything for him and just turned us away so I will never recommend Shively Animal Hospital to anyone

  Customer service from start to finish was excellent. I am not sure whether the staff have recently completed customer service training, but there has definitely been a noticeable positive shift in their interactions and overall service. The only downside is that their prices seem to be gradually increasing and are now comparable to those of other animal hospitals. Even so, the quality of service I received was outstanding, and I appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the entire team.

  They will save your pet they will help you figure out financ es it will give you the best options for you and your animal. The only complaint about this place is that everyone knows the above mentioned and so it is packed 24/7 unless it is an actual dire emergency your appointment can end up being the next day depending on how busy they are. They'll get to you eventually!, but be prepared and there is no calling ahead for an appointment. You have to go there sign in wait for their call go back home wait for their call again go back check in Wait in the car or in the waiting room and then wait for them that is literally the only thing wrong with this place everything else is perfect it just sucks when you have a small child or even older children with separation anxiety having to make so many trips back and forth and you never know when sometimes they can call you within 15 minutes of you signing in meaning you just walked in the door and now it's time to go back, but like I said everything else makes up for that it's so busy because of how great they are and the quality of the staff and the location and the caliper of their veterinarians. I love shively I just hate the process especially being a single mom.
