  This place can get ridiculous sometimes they have check your dog inn have you waiting for hours call you to check back inn, than have u waiting n the waiting room for other 2 to 3 hours! This is crazy ! Then they try to convince you buy all this extra stuff your pet doesn’t even need! The only reason i come is for dr joyce other than that i would not come! The other staff are rude and don’t know how to talk to people! They need better staff seems like they just hire anyone at this point! I’ve been coming here for years and my experience for the last 2 days was horrible! First day they had me waiting for 9 hours and still didn’t see my dog so i left! The next day i come they have me waiting for hours again i get to the back and the assistant comes in being very rude !

  I took a mourning dove to this place thinking that they would actually do something to help it out, but no all they did was euthanize it. The bird could have easily had iv fluids or medicine along with its wing bandaged instead they just euthanized it. If you scroll down a lot of comments talk about how they just want to euthanize your pet or how they do it so quickly it just kills them. So sad. They have no heart!

  I went in for an emergency with my cat, Pichu, and had to leave him hospitalized for three days. The staff were very kind and professional and explained everything in detail; throughout those three days, they kept me updated on my baby's progress. Afterward, I was able to take him home with a treatment plan and prescription food, and they even call throughout the week to check on how he’s doing. Honestly, I have no words to thank them enough for all the support regarding my concerns and worries about my baby. Special thanks to Dr. Sam, who admitted Pichu; to Ashley, the Spanish-speaking staff member, for her dedication and kindness; and to Andrew for his kindness and patience. Everyone is very professional and attentive, including the reception staff. Thank you so much for everything—please keep being so kind and professional.

  This place is full of good people who genuinely care about all living creatures. Thank you for taking care of my injured crow baby and getting him a rehab set up. No matter the outcome, you guys are top tier animal folks in my eyes.
