  Casual Review Honestly, really disappointed with the way we were treated. The staff were rude and had a pretty bad attitude from the start. What makes it worse is that the attitude seems to come from the owner too, so I guess it’s not surprising the staff act the same way. Nobody expects special treatment, but basic respect and decent customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. Definitely not a good experience, and I won’t be coming back.

  I can’t recommend Cory, Melaney, and their team enough! I adopted Ranger 2 years ago and she has serious anxiety and leash/barrier reactivity. We had worked with three different trainers prior to doing a 4 week board and train with Dog Training Camp USA and nothing had worked to stop the barking, lunging, and leash pulling around other dogs, animals, and vehicles. From the first phone call it was very apparent how knowledgeable Cory and Melaney are. They got me in immediately for a consultation and we started the board and train shortly after. We were all shocked by the progress they were able to make with her from even the first report card. When I sent it to my family they asked, “are you sure they’re talking about your dog?” I enjoyed the twice weekly updates on Ranger and how she was doing with her training. She was very heavily medicated (on advice of a veterinary behaviorist) to help with her reactivity and anxiety. With Cory and Melaney’s help (in consultation with the vet) they were able to taper the meds and she was completely off of them within her first two weeks back home and she is so much calmer and happier than I’ve seen her in the last two years. I now have a dog I enjoy taking out for walks and can have some peace of mind that she can relax when we go outside. She’s still a work in progress but we’re miles ahead of where we were before the board and train. I am incredibly grateful for Dog Training Camp USA. You won’t find more caring and knowledgeable trainers out there. Highly recommend their services!

  We had an outstanding experience with Dog Training Camp USA and could not be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. At drop-off, we were impressed to see a team gathered specifically to meet our dog, learn about his personality, and understand the training goals we hoped to achieve. Our puppy was only five months old, and we were struggling with nipping, jumping, pulling on walks, and what felt like a complete lack of an “off switch.” Throughout training camp, we loved receiving the bi-weekly report cards and progress updates. It was reassuring to see the improvements being tracked and to know exactly how our dog was progressing. Pickup day exceeded our expectations. The trainers took the time to thoroughly walk us through everything our dog had learned and provided clear guidance on what we needed to do at home to maintain and build upon his success. They even recommended bringing our two young children to pickup so they could learn alongside us. The staff did an incredible job engaging with our kids, teaching them how to interact with our dog, and making them feel included in the process. What truly sets Dog Training Camp USA apart is their commitment to continued support after camp. We received a follow-up email checking on our progress, and when I replied with several questions, I quickly received thoughtful, detailed advice along with an invitation to call and discuss things further. That level of customer service and dedication is rare. The transformation in our dog has been remarkable, and we are extremely pleased with the entire experience. We have complete confidence in the team and will absolutely be bringing our dog back for boarding and continuing education this summer. If you’re looking for knowledgeable trainers who genuinely care about both dogs and their families, I highly recommend Dog Training Camp USA.
