  The store is clean and filled with lots of pet supplies. The employees are always helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that Wellness brand cat food is no longer on the shelf. I'm on auto-ship and received it promptly but now it takes longer to receive because it's shipped from Texas instead of my store or another one in Ky. And if I need a few cans before it arrives, I have to pick another brand.

  Hate going here. Half the store is for dogs and the other types of pets just squeeze into the space left over. 4 aisles for cats, 1.5 small aisles for small pet, 1 aisles for reptiles, and that weird "we wanna compete with the farm stores" section. It's almost useless unless you want dog supplies. They should change the name from "Petco" to "Dogco". It's like the other animals were an afterthought. Plus there's so much wasted space.

  I am never to Petco I was looking for a new cat food for my allergy cat and I got the petco brand and she loves it pleasing pate for seniors the staff is super friendly I also got Dr. Elsey Ultra cat litter because my cat also gets UTI’s every couple of months I am impressed with the litter as well. I do wish the whole hearted dry cat food was less expensive I live on a social security disability check and I can’t afford it however I am very happy with the pleasing pate

  Didn't have only one word about this store Elliot he's the heartbeat of the store he is a supervisor or a manager there I'm not sure if his role or title but I can just tell you that this man has a heart for customers and this store is blessed to have him he is truly amazing and we love to deal with him we love to see him and talk with him he is amazing at what he does he loves people and he's passionate and he cares he goes above and beyond anything that company says he goes for the customers and he is always out to please and help other people to make sure that they are taken care of and they leave happy he's a gold mine for this company and will bring them back business again and again and again because of his love and his kindness and his compassion for his customers
