  I truly cannot say enough good things about Splash & Dash Boutique! As an owner of an XL doodle, finding a groomer who is experienced with large dogs and doodle coats is so important, and they have been absolutely amazing with LJ. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming, and the best part is that LJ genuinely loves going there. He walks through the front door without hesitation and happily goes back to the grooming area with the staff. He always looks happy when I drop him off and somehow looks even happier when I pick him up! 🥰 That gives me so much peace of mind. I also love how well they stick to the grooming timeframes they quote, their communication is great, and their online scheduling and website make everything incredibly easy. LJ always comes home looking beautiful and smelling AMAZING for days! One of my favorite things is how detailed their online grooming charts are. They keep notes on each dog so they know the style of cut your dog typically receives, which makes such a difference and shows how much attention they pay to each individual pet. They also go above and beyond when it comes to LJ’s specific needs. They know he is prone to ear infections, so they put cotton rounds in his ears before grooming to help prevent water from getting inside. It’s little things like that that show me they genuinely care about the dogs health and wellbeing. Yes, grooming an XL dog is expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. LJ’s safety, happiness, and my peace of mind are worth every dollar. Sometimes cheaper simply isn’t better, especially when you’re paying for a specialized skill set and trusting someone with an animal who can’t tell you what happened while you were away. I also really respect that Splash & Dash puts the dog’s wellbeing before aesthetics. They aren’t going to put a dog through a traumatic grooming experience just to give an owner the haircut they want. If a doodle’s coat is severely matted, they will do what is safest and most humane for the dog. That doesn’t mean you should expect your doodle to come home shaved, if you keep up with their grooming maintenance, you shouldn’t have that issue. Doodle owners have a responsibility to maintain their dog’s coat at home and keep up with regular grooming appointments. If the coat becomes severely matted, the groomer has to prioritize the dog’s comfort and safety over what looks best to the owner, and I respect Splash & Dash for standing firmly behind that. Simply put, I trust them with LJ, and that’s worth everything to me. He loves going there, he’s always happy when he leaves, and I know he’s being treated with patience, care, and respect. I would recommend Splash & Dash to anyone! Especially fellow doodle and large-dog owners! 🐾❤️

  We’ve had many great experience with Splash and Dash in Middletown! They are always so good with Coco and treat her like she’s one of their own. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the dogs they take care of. Coco always comes home looking great and happy! We really appreciate the awesome service and highly recommend Splash and Dash to anyone looking for a place they can trust with their dog!

  We love Splash and Dash! I know my babies are well loved and cared for when they are getting bathed or groomed, and they always come home looking amazing! The staff are so friendly, all around! We have followed Abby our groomer for years, she is the absolute best there is in Louisville!

  If you are looking for excellent dog grooming in the eastern suburbs of Louisville KY with cheerful talented folks that will create whatever style you want, this is the place! Here is Scotti, our golden doodle in our preferred custom sporting clip, with shaved face and feet. Scotti recommends them as well - every time we get near the shop, she whines and pulls us to get in the door!

  I cannot say enough good things about Splash and Dash. My dogs go once a week on the wash and brush membership and it has made such a difference in keeping them comfortable and looking their best. Loki is a high strung Airedale who likes to test people and can sense who he can and cannot control. The team here handles him incredibly well every single time. They stay calm consistent and confident with him which is not easy to find. Zara is our 10 year old mini Schnauzer and absolute little princess. She gets so excited every time we walk up to the front door. She knows exactly where she is and cannot wait to go in. They keep both of them in beautiful breed standard cuts and always send them home looking and feeling great. The staff is truly wonderful. Everyone is so kind and really do their best when there is a change in my schedule. That kind of flexibility is beyond appreciated and hard to find! If you are looking for a groomer who actually understands dogs especially the more challenging ones and treats them with real care Splash and Dash is the place. Highly recommend!
