- PRPaige RiceJan 2, 20241.0I called and asked if they had anyone available to trim my dog's nails. They said yes, so I went over to the store. My dog is a doxie/beagle mix and weighs 25lbs. I paid 20 dollars for a clip and nail buff. He somewhat received a clip, but no buff, and they did not even attempt to clip his dewclaws on the front. If you do not have qualified groomers on staff when a customer calls to make an appointment - Don't make an appointment just to make 20 bucks. I did not get what I paid for at all. I will not be back.

We showed up on Friday, December 6th. They still allowed our dogs to get bathed and groomed even though they had to work them in. I was very satisfied with the overall service and courtesy of the grooming staff. We have already scheduled our next appointment.
