  DO NOT BOOK WITH KALI!! Apparently she doesn’t know what she’s doing! She said that my dog bite her and send her home (like I don’t know who my dog is or what’s she’s capable of) Even the uber guy and my friend look at me like “ she what? She never bites” a nervous dog will GRAB YOU NOT BITE YOU!!! IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEM!! YOU DONT KNOW THE TIME AND MONEY PEOOLE SPEND TO EVEN GO THERE!! So don’t send people back home because you don’t know how to do your job! Honestly?? Last time I went there👌🏻

  I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at this establishment. I scheduled grooming appointments for both of my dogs at 10:30 AM. After leaving them there, I received a call around 12 PM informing me that the service had been stopped because one of my dogs was very nervous and the other attempted to bite while having her nails trimmed. I find this highly unprofessional. Anyone working in animal grooming should understand that animals can become anxious when placed in unfamiliar environments with strangers. They do not understand what is happening around them, and situations like these require patience, care, and experience. This is the first time I have ever had an experience like this, and I honestly could not be more dissatisfied. One of my dogs was shaved almost completely to the skin while her head was left uneven and full of hair. The other was returned with only half of her body shaved and the other half untouched. They were not bathed, their nails were not trimmed, and the grooming service was left incomplete. After several hours, I am left wondering what was actually done during their appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. The service was unprofessional, poorly handled, and lacked the level of care and compassion that pet owners expect and their animals deserve.

  Shawn, the manager here, is the BEST!! She even stayed after hours to help me with my Petco app and discounts when they weren’t loading. She wanted to make sure everything was right in finding the best products, and purchasing them with care! She is very informative and attentive. Thank you!
