- CACindy AOct 6, 20261.0We were told there was a special for new customers with new animals we went. It was supposed to be a free promotion got there and it cost $77 from a six week old kitten you can guarantee I won’t be back.

They responded promptly with a “I’ll be right there” and shortly afterwards they came to the counter. I gave them 5 stars, however I wish it could be 4.5. As I indicated in my survey response, having someone tell me where something is can be so much different than walking me and showing me directly. Even worn the store being very compact, I still think showing me would be much preferred. Nonetheless, they are a good place to do business with; close, friendly, and great hours of business. Well done!
