  The in-store staffers were very courteous and helpful resolving a problem created by corporate's marketing, tech or web page designers. On two occasions I attempted to purchase according to the web site . . . buy online, pick up in store, buy 12 cans of the advertised brand of cat food, get 2 cans free. Each order was filled with and I was charged for 12 cans. To get 2 cans free, it was necessary for staff to cancel the online order, create a transaction within the store for 14 cans and process a credit for 2 cans. Ridiculous! I'm also aware there has recently been other misleading advertising generated from within the corporate structure that appears to challenged (at best) . . . or culpable (at worst). Again, high praise for in-store staff.

  This was our first time having our sweet pup bathed & groomed at Petco.Tori & supervisor were very knowledgeable, kind, friendly & professional. Our sweet pup had special needs that needed to be addressed and they were very understanding and explained throughly the approach and what to expect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  I can't urge you enough to stay away from buying anything from this stores aquariums. I had no idea ich was carried on plants and to infect my livestock for the garbage quality plants they bagged for me 😔 never again. Lesson learned on my end.

  Always a great experience! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hannah B from the grooming team always takes good care of Bee ❤️ Definitely recommend this location!
