When I paid less then $200 somewhere elsewhere for the same treatment plus his update on rabies as well as his antibiotics and got a follow up to make sure he's doing good. Please save you money from this place.

They have several slots open online and it will let you book an appointment then when you get here they will say they can’t see you cuz apparently their online schedule doesn’t reflect correctly so either call or don’t waste your time driving here save yourself the time money and energy. My poor cat is stressed in the car and now I had to cause him uneasy anxiety.

- KNKandice NixonAug 20, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment for my dog yesterday. I scheduled the appointment at 02:30 PM for 05:00 PM. Get to the office at 04:40 PM and there is nobody at the counter. Get a call at 4:44 PM, answer, and explain that I’m standing in the lobby with my dog. Someone comes out, explains that we actually cannot be seen today because the provider is leaving at 05:00 PM. Very sweet dude. I hate he had to be the messenger for this vet who couldn’t even walk out and look at my dogs leg for a few minutes. I scheduled another appointment for our dog today at 10:30 AM. My husband takes off of work to take her. I get a call right before 08:00 AM that I actually cannot bring my dog in for an in room appointment, despite that being available for online scheduling. Rescheduled to 03:00 PM as I am desperately needing to get my dog seen. My husband took our dog in for her appointment today and not once saw the vet in person, didn’t speak to the lady, didn’t get any after care instructions explained. Just knows she needs to take an antibiotic- the reason? Obviously for an infection but would have LOVED to have actually had a decent human being explain that to us. After visit summary has NO problems and diagnosis. Alyssa Becker, DVM this is so egregious. I am so sorry to the staff, especially the young man that sent us away yesterday. These are things you should tell your patients YOURSELF. Clearly from these other reviews, the communication and treatment of most people is horrible. The only things truly listed on this after care summary are my dogs weight and the prescriptions she was provided. Temp, heart rate, none of that taken or collected. $50 just for our dog to get 6 inches of her leg shaved for further inspection. $285 total for my dog to have her weight taken, leg shaved, and sit in a room with my husband for almost 2 hours, 2 prescriptions, no explanation. Already emailed the “customer service email.” Do not recommend at all whatsoever.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
