They REFUSED to see him and demanded us to go to Kenova and left us standing in the office for five minutes before coming back and telling us to leave and come back at 8 am after we voiced we’re worried he wouldn’t make to 8 AM. Never take them to Tricounty Animal Care. This place sure don’t care for animals.
