  This staff is amazing. We did not have a long wait time, but the staff was apologetic of the wait nonetheless. They were having a busy day, and despite the hardship were nice, patient, and understanding of our visit. We had a male vet (who was about to go into surgery) that was awesome and I feel deserved recognition for his work. The whole staff deserves recognition for this work as well. 10/10 vet

  Seems like with anything else now a days it’s all about the money and nothing else! They know someone adopted and has to follow their recommendations or lose their dog because of it so diagnose the pets with everything in the world because if they don’t follow it they will lose their pets!

  Tates Creek Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. They truly care about your pets and treat them like family. I took my orange boy, Ringo, in yesterday, and they made me feel completely at ease. Our technician, Ashley, was beyond amazing and so kind to him. She explained everything she was doing to Ringo (he speaks English, I swear!), and he was so comfortable with her from start to finish. Dr. Lacy continues to impress us every time we see her. She is exceptionally patient and compassionate, always taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and provide thoughtful guidance. You never feel rushed, and it's obvious she genuinely wants what's best for your pet. They're also very reasonably priced and incredibly transparent about costs. At every visit, they provide both a "low-end" and "high-end" estimate before moving forward, so there are never any surprises. I've been to other veterinary clinics where I felt anxious about sending my pet to the treatment area without me. At Tates Creek, I never worry. I know Ringo is being treated with the same kindness, patience, and respect whether I'm with him or not. I truly can't recommend Tates Creek Animal Hospital enough. Some of the best people in Lexington work here, and I'm so grateful to have found a team I trust completely with my boy.

  We took our small dog there today and were totally impressed with the professional and caring personnel. Dr . Eric and his assistant Ashley made our visit so easy. We appreciated their knowledge and their obvious love of their profession.

  Honestly, the service—from the very moment I walked into the clinic—was VIP. I appreciated that they had a translator, and the care my puppy received was top-notch; they addressed all my concerns and provided solutions (specifically regarding my puppy, 100%). I recommend this clinic without hesitation. Thank you very much, Tates Creek Animal Hospital.
