  Honestly, the service—from the very moment I walked into the clinic—was VIP. I appreciated that they had a translator, and the care my puppy received was top-notch; they addressed all my concerns and provided solutions (specifically regarding my puppy, 100%). I recommend this clinic without hesitation. Thank you very much, Tates Creek Animal Hospital.

  Tates Creek Animal Hospital and Dr. Lacy are literally life savers!! They have been patient and kind and dedicated to helping us with a rescued coonhound for the past 2 years. Dr. Lacy never seems in a hurry and answers all questions even though I’m sure she’s super busy. The staff knows my dog and always seems happy to see her even though she’s a handful. I’m 100 percent certain we wouldn’t have been able to keep our dog without the help of Tates Creek Animal Hospital!!

  I have been going to this vet for 2 years with my cane corso. Last week I had an appointment to get a wellness check for my dog. The visit was not a good experience. They added several things to my bill without telling me, charged me for a fecal test that I was supposed to collect myself but did not tell me this until it was time to leave, they added 2 medications to my bill without telling me so I pad for it and then when I asked for a refund it took them 45 minutes to do the refund. The communication from their staff was terrible. I ended up paying $350 for a simple wellness check. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.

  This was the first (and hopefully last) that my dog has ever had surgery. I was a nervous wreck! The team at Tates Creek animal hospital did an amazing job keeping me updated through the whole process! Dr.Henze was amazing! You can tell he loves what he does and has so much passion for animals! I will never stop going here!

  Got little Talitha squared away here after I adopted her from the humane society. Looking forward to bringing her back here for all her check-ups! :)
