  Love Dr Riepe & the cardio team!!! One of my Sphynxes, Leela, sees Dr Riepe regularly for her advanced heart condition. I've been here in the morning, afternoon and a couple nights for when she was going into CHF. Every time she has been seen right away, and I'm usually there for an hour, including the breakdown of fees and medical info from the Drs & cardio team. The cardio team & Dr Riepe are amazing, knowledgeable and professional. You can easily tell how much they take pride in their job and care for animals. Dr Riepe's explanations are concise and honest, she has a lot of experience with Sphynxes so that's reassuring. I've never felt like I was financially being taken advantage of here. I also like that they take Trupanion so it makes checking out extremely easy. And I've had great experiences with the front desk staff, it feels like BVS goes above and beyond taking care of my pet, thank you all so much!

  Wonderful vets and care staff. I hope I never have to use them again, but if so I trust my pets will be in the hands of capable and kind people.

  Do not come here they just want money out of people. They charge “200” for an exam and all the exam is , is them looking at your animal I have never been to a more money hungry vet clinic in my life. They informed us before the examination that the dog would receive a xray as if it was apart of the examination,that would make a little more sense for being asked to pay $200 , however the only thing that was done was a visual observation., yet we sat here for 3 hours . The nurse is very rude , and was talking about me among other staff and patients, the walls are paper thin and she clearly did not care I would not recommend brining your animal here unless you want your time wasted and asked to pay $200 or put your animal down. I understand the circumstances of examining an animal but charging $200 just for an observation rather than anything else being done is absurd , If they claim the $200 was just for the doctor to walk in and look at him, paying $200 for a visual glance while your dog suffers without treatment is unacceptable. and how your treated by the staff is even worse, I will be making a report, oh and I recorded little miss thing talking about me to her coworkers and in front of other patients and it will be to the right people. I work in healthcare so best believe I know who to call.
