  Would NOT recommend this clinic. Pressured to leave pet for 'monitoring' and follow-up ultrasound due differential dx of one of five significant heart conditions (including mass on heart). No other option was given. Trusted my gut and took pet home. Had echocardiogram performed by independent board-certified cardiologist...nothing wrong with heart. ALWAYS get a second opinion. Never trust a vet that is only offering one treatment plan (especially one that will provide that clinic with significant revenue).

  WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!! you can tell they care about what they do. I was a crying mess, came in the middle of the night for my Cat who got choked and quit breathing. They were waiting for us when we arrived and took her straight back. Couldn't say nicer things about these people! They saved her life, and mine too ❤️

  Brought my puppy at around 10pm because he had been throwing up and I was worried he was dehydrated and needed fluids. I asked them numerous times to give him fluids. The vet told me he was not dehydrated, which is obviously impossible with the amount he was throwing up. They gave him a sedative for his discomfort which completely nocked him out. They did nothing actually helpful and we left at 2:30 am. We I took him to his primary vet the next day, and they had to give him IV fluids for two full days. He was SEVERELY dehydrated, which is why I had brought him at night in the first place. I understand that they were busy but this was a complete neglect of care and knowledge on Bluegrass Vet Clinics part.

  As you read from the response there was issues with my visit but it was made right. Thank you for making an unfortunate outcome slightly more bearable. No one told me they were very, very busy, but thank you for the reply. I have changed my rating and want to send hugs and hearts to all the bobcat fever kitties. 😞

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous experience every single time! I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. They always go above and beyond for my pups. ❤️ It’s never fun having to take your dog to an emergency vet, especially when you’re already scared and anxious. Every time I’ve had a scare with my Frenchie, the people here have been incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and genuinely caring. They don’t make an already stressful situation worse. I’ve never felt like they were trying to scam me, overcharge me, or recommend things that weren’t necessary. Instead, they take the time to explain what’s going on, answer questions, and make sure both you AND your pup are taken care of. If you’re ever in a situation where your dog needs immediate help and you’re trying to figure out where to go, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Having people you can trust when you’re worried about your fur baby means everything. ❤️🐾
