  I had posted a really good review but unfortunately I had to delete. The past few times I have been in to purchase worms for my beardie the horn worms, meal worms and super worms are all DEAD. You are selling bugs that are so dead they make the front end stink. The oldest meal worms have dates on them from March 2026 and when you open to see if they are alive only one or two are moving. Have been told that the delivery truck was in high heat area while traveling. But really thinking that your store burned people out of their money because 75% of the food for their pets eat are already dead and you are charging customer full price. I guess they are going places like the BG store or Chewy.com. At least mark down on the containers that have been there for 2-3 months or cut your loses and throw them away.

  We went into today to surprise my kids with a parakeet. We went into 3 times to see this bird after heavily researching. We came back because we planned on getting him, but saw he was gone We was devastated.. However, we went back today and saw he was there!! We wanted to surprise the kids so we sent our daughter up there to ask if we could hold him.. He asked my daughter if we was going to buy it, My daughter said no because they didn't know about the surprise yet and they said very rudely no, we can only hold things we are buying.. We literally just spent $200 this week and stuff from your store And come here very often to support it.. After this horrible experience, I'm not sure if we'll ever be back. It felt so unwelcoming and ruined the surprise completely… We were seriously ready to drop $699 on this parakeet named Connor as as well as as however, many items we needed for his environment.

  Was not very friendly at checkout just acted like they didnt even wanna be there. Didn't say thank you come again anything very poor customer service.
