  I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but after the past four months, I feel like this needs to be addressed. I come to this store to purchase earthworms for my turtle. The first time, I got home and discovered that the worms were already dead. The second time I came in, I opened the refrigerator and decided to check a box before purchasing it. The worms were completely frozen and dead. In fact, everything in the freezer appeared to be dead. I waited about two months before coming back again, hoping the issue had been resolved. Today, I went in to purchase earthworms and, at the register, asked the employee to open a box because the refrigerator smelled terrible. When she opened it, the worms were essentially liquid. I also noticed that the boxes were dated from May through August. These appear to be the same worms that were already frozen when I came in July. This is honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. Please address this with management. Customers should not be paying for products that are clearly spoiled, improperly stored, or have been sitting for months. And ur inhumanely killing the worms. Horrible. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the issue.

  The store employees that were working, including the manager were amazing. I have a bunny that I happened to cross, and I didn’t know anything about bunnies and they helped me get everything I needed and gave me valuable insight.
