  After two years of being a customer at this place, I’ve decided to finally make a post and let’s just say for the past two years. I haven’t been happy and I can give you multiple reasons why. First off if you ever decide to train Your dog and you decide not to treat train them (Giving them a treat every time they do what you say) The trainers and the people that work there look at you like you have offended them or you are the absolute worst person in the world. secondly, if you ever need help with something checking Out, answering questions, or even getting something for you like crickets, fish, etc. you will get ignored completely like you don’t even exist. so you try to find a way around it and check out first so you’re getting what you pay for And they noticed that you need something they say they’ll be there in a minute and yet you still wait for 15 to 20 minutes for crickets, fish, etc. and you go out to the aisle to see if anybody will help or notice you and they’re on their Devices standing in the same spot after they say they would help you so you have to stop somebody else and see if they can help you. and look, I’m the type of person I try to give people the benefit of the doubt some people might be having a bad day. We’re all not robots But this has been going on for two years now so if that being said, I won’t be coming back

  We use nulo cat food and I find your stores to carry a partial sku items and none of your locations seem to have a full line of the product. We are using chewy now to get the selection we want to continue feeding our Bengal kitten. Sorry
