  I got my first snake here several days ago. It was such an easy experience. Blayr helped me from the call I made before heading to the store to several days later when I came in for a bigger bowl and more questions. I was given amazing information to help a first time snake mom. This Petco truly cares about their animals and I will go out of my way to visit this one specifically every time. 10000/10

  I'm having trouble finding treats my dog really likes. But their return policy is great! Twice they have allowed me to returned an open package with no problem. (They donate unused product.)

  They dont source the reptiles/fish and invertebrates from ethical sources. They dont provide the correct husbandry to the animals in their store and provide their customers with outdated practices. The employees here took the time to listen to me and changed out a bug crumbled ball of excelsior for a fake plant for a jumping spider. It should not fall on CUSTOMERS to EDUCATE EMPLOYEES. CORPORATE needs to do better by providing adequate and the bare minimum CORRECT husbandry for the animals the sell.
