  They seemed offended when I asked for some help. Clearly I could realize that the lady was waiting on someone else and I would have to wait my turn but she seemed offended in some way just for me asking for help. The other girl wanted to stay at the cash register and act like she was freaked out or something when there was clearly no one in the store needed to check out and act like she had to get right back to the register basically so she can sit there and do nothing. Very poor customer service

  My friend and I visited this morning. While looking at the animals we were very rudely told we could take any pictures or videos of the animals. I’m not sure if this is actually a policy or not but I’m a regular at petco and have never been approached about taking pictures or videos before this visit. No one was willing to help us find what we needed and the man at checkout was rude and unprofessional as well. This is not the experience I have come to expect from a Petco store and will not be returning to this location.

  I would like to rate this store higher because they have friendly staff and a very good inventory, but the "live" food for my tree frog was very much deceased when I opened them at home. The nightcrawlers had went to nightcrawler heaven long ago. I would have checked at the store but they were sealed in styrofoam. So my advice is go to this store because they do have a large inventory for all pet owners..but verify all the "live" food with an associated before you buy it.
