  I will never recommend this place for anything. They won’t even try n save ur pets life unless h get approved for some type of credit card n that’s sad af bc I can go to the emergency room for anything and get treated and sent home no matter wat my credit is, so why does my dog have to suffer n die when they could have helped him no instead they send us out the door. I have had him at the clinic twice and they done all they could do bc they were limited on wat they could do surgically and told me to bring him to this emergency vet n they have the capability to give him the surgery to fix him but no they turned us away. My bully has prolapsed and it is hanging a couple of inches from the ground and idc what anyone says how could veterinarian just turn him away and at least fix him bc we were willing to surrender him so he could get fix n have a good life but now I got to watch him suffer.. I don’t understand people fr….

  We had to make a sad trip last night. I can say that every single person in that building was compassionate and understanding through the whole situation. We unfortunately lost our precious Callie. They did everything right. They had a team ready for her when we arrived. All the ladies were so amazing. Dr. Dooley was kind and honest. I feel like they did everything they could. I would hands down recommend this place. They called a full code on Callie and it was all hands in until the end. I appreciate them and the love and kindness they showed for my family and Callie. Thank you team!

  Long wait and bad and unethical service. Called to check if they service Turtles. They said yes and that they have someone who can look at the turtle. After going there and waiting more than an hour and paying $165, they came back to tell me they are not experts on these and I should take it to wild life rehab place. They could have said that on the phone, saved me time and money. Unethical business practices

  My chihuahua had a seizure on a Thursday. Did not eat for 2 days. On Saturday morning I brought her into the Emergency Clinic. We were in a room waiting to see the Doctor. She had another seizure. I screamed for Help. A young man came and took her to the back They told me it was an Active Seizure Almost immediately they came and asked me about CPR Unfortunatel CPR and the Oxygen Tube down her Throat werd Unsuccessful I lost my Baby The Staff was very supportive and thorough. Explained Everything

  Went in during the morning to have my cat looked at to see what was wrong with her and they seemed nice enough. However the vet I talked to asked if he could keep her there longer to get a second optimism at no cost to us which sounded good u til we came to pick her back up later that night. The second vet seemed very distant and never even came out to speak to us we got charged for medicine we were never asked about and the lady at the front counter was absolutely no help and seemed like she had no idea what was going on. And when I left after the “second opinion we were more confused when we went in and all we had to show for it was a receipt and some eye drops that we have no clue how to use because the vet said one way and the box says another. But the box also says not to use if it has the issues our cat seems to have and that the vet was more leaning towards but said he couldn’t be sure withought over $1000 worth of testing. Absolutely horrible experience when we returned to deal with night shift.
