  They only care about money, not the animals. 1) Told my mother in law's puppy had parvo and put pressure on her to bring the puppy back for $1500 treatment or the puppy would die. She never had parvo. A year later and that very same puppy is happy and healthy. 2) I brought my new kitten in seeking advice/guidance because the day after we got rescued her she began to have a wound that progressively became worse with drainage and a pungent odor. I showed the kittens wound to staff at the desk and was told she could be seen but only with payment. I had no funds at the time and expressed my concerns of this wound and just asked for advice. I was turned away. My kitten could have died! You should see the size of the WOLF WORM that was pulled from the tiny kitten's neck! You lied about parvo to try to get money out of an elderly woman then you denied simply giving advice for an obviously serious situation for a kitten. You do not care about the animals.

  I absolutely love this vet office! Every time I’ve come in, the staff has gone above and beyond to explain everything in perfect detail and make sure I fully understand what’s going on. They’re always so kind and helpful, no matter the situation. I’ve brought in my own cat after he was scratched in the eye by my other cat, and we also brought in a stray who they spayed for us. Both experiences were handled with such care and compassion. Dr. Smith and Dr. Houston are so nice — you can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the animals they treat. I’m so grateful to have found a place I trust completely with my pets!

  They're excellent and caring staff that I've been associated with since their doors opened. I've taken well over 10 pets or so throughout the years to them and I would recommend their expertise to anyone. I'm very thankful and grateful for their services and dedication to their clients.
