  I recently visited this veterinary office with my dog for the first time, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish! When I initially called, Desirae provided exceptional customer service. She listened carefully to my concerns and was able to schedule us for a same-day appointment. When we arrived, we were welcomed into a clean, inviting office. After getting my dog's weight, we were brought to a beautiful exam room complete with a couch, a dog bed, and plenty of treats. My dog was extremely anxious when we first arrived, but thanks to the patience, kindness, and endless pets and treats from both Desirae and Dr. Herring, his anxiety quickly disappeared. Before long, he had made himself completely at home! Dr. Herring and Desirae took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and gain a comprehensive understanding of my dog's medical history. They treated him as if he were one of their own and provided thoughtful guidance and excellent care. I truly cannot recommend this office enough. If you're looking for a veterinary team that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your pet, this is the place to go!

  This was the BEST vet i have ever been to. Their approach to vet medicine is fresh and welcoming. Their facility is clean and modern and is set up with your animal in mind. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and kind. We intend on using PetVet365 North Wilmington from now on.

  This is genuinely the best vet I've ever seen. The staff is nothing short of professional and truly care about all of their patients. The care was very personalized and prices are very reasonable. I'm moving, but I will continue to use them for regular and preventative care of my pets, they're just that good.

  Had a previous vet for 5 years who was great, but there prices are far more affordable as well as they treat your pet like a saint. They were beyond kind and respectful as well as aware of your pet's mood and don't push to them beyond their limits.

  On Thursday the 28th I had to make a very big and emotional decision when it came to my love muffin AKA my Skyy🩷 . She wasn't doing well she was a senior dog at 12 years old and as much as I wanted to keep her with me it just wouldn't have been fair to watch her suffer. Dr Herring and his assistant walked me through this process with nothing but professionalism, patience ,encouragement ,prayer and extreme compassion. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I know for a fact that they are angel's place here on Earth. I will never in my life forget how they made me feel on one of the worst days of my life. I will never forget how Skyy received exceptional top-tier care. In a world where most people shy away from doing the bare minimum or just enough, I praise God that he brought me to these two that felt as if over and beyond was just basic.
