  Jessie was great with our dog Hazel!! She helped us decide what length would be best, followed the request that were made for shorter hair in certain areas. In addition she was so pleasant and loving towards our puppy. Ashley was also so pleasant & sweet as well. I will definitely be bringing both my dogs there going forward!!

  Store visit wish the first in 6 months. The store looks good, people were friendly. Had a negative experience with Grooming 6 months ago. Won't go there again.

  I am very unhappy about your policy of a free grooming on the 8th visit. You make it almost impossible to get the free visit. If you are not going to honor this stop mentioning it in your ads. I am unable to get my free visit because of app. and password problems. You should automatically give this reward on the 8th visit.

  Been coming there pretty regurally for a while now, mostly to get my dog All Might's nails filed. I groom him myself every 2 or so weeks but I like others to do the e-filing because I want him comfortable with strangers handling him. I'm INCREDIBLY picky about how my dog is groomed and who handles him because he's my task trained service dog and he's pretty much always by my side. I've had 2 times now where I wasn't in good enough health to groom him myself and both times have been an amazing experience. They know my dog's name when I walk in the door, I've had great conversation with many of the staff both in the grooming center and the store, and my dog is always so happy to be there. I come with very specific instructions for how he likes to be brushed, what areas he loves the dryer and what areas he hates, and specific ear cleaner he needs, and they always follow my instructions exactly. Elliot was my groomer today and he was so kind and chatted with me about how much he loved All Might and that he was a great dog to work on. I can tell the staff all truly love working with dogs and take amazing care of them while still holding boundaries with them and not letting the dogs go crazy. Corporate/chain salons in general get a bad reputation (as someone who works in a corporate human salon) but it's almost always the fault of the company requiring them to take on way more dogs than they should. Here everyone seems to know their regulars, treats all the dogs with the most attention and care they possibly can within their busy schedule, and they always complete grooms in a very timely manner. If there's ever a part of the groom they can't complete or if your dog needs to be shaved down, I truly belive they are only doing this because they have your dog's best interest at heart. Next time I need someone else to groom him I know who I'm coming back to! Thanks Elliot!
