  I had a great experience at West Medical Aesthetics. The space was exceptionally clean and inviting, and the entire staff was friendly. Shelby did an amazing job with my Moxi and BBL treatment and thoroughly explained the process beforehand. I couldn’t be happier with how everything went!

  I had such a great experience at West today! Shelby did my skin treatment and was so sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Everyone at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a positive experience and I really enjoyed my visit!

  Just wanted to leave a note about a great customer experience. Last month my wife had a BBL & MOXI. My wife, as far as I know has never done anything like this, right from the start Chris met us with a smile as did the rest of the staff. Not to sound too old but the vibe in the office is so welcoming and genuine. Emily has put together a great group of people, my wife’s treatment was explained to her in every step and you feel the confidence in what they are doing. My wife’s results were fantastic, the after care was great and very supportive. Great Experience!

  First experience with this clinic! The entire staff and all of the providers were very kind and personable. Chris greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and even filled my water bottle with ice! I saw the NP Shelby, she was wonderful as well. Very informative as to what to expect during and after, especially given that this was my first experience with lasers as well! Clean clinic and it also smelled incredible in there! Just a very upbeat and positive vibe throughout the entire clinic!

  I cannot recommend the team at West Medical Aesthetics enough!! 💕 I am VERY new to the world of medical aesthetics, and when I first started, I basically knew nothing except that I wanted to look refreshed and not accidentally end up looking like I was auditioning for a reality show. 😂 The team at West has made the whole process SO easy and enjoyable. They never make me feel pressured to buy a bunch of products or sign up for every treatment known to mankind. Instead, they actually listen to my goals, make thoughtful recommendations, and take the time to explain the what, why, and how behind everything. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel comfortable and confident with your choices. I’ve never felt like I’m being “sold” something, it feels much more like having a very knowledgeable friend who happens to know WAY more about medical aesthetics than I do. 😂 If you’re new to aesthetics or just looking for a team you can actually trust, go see the West Medical Aesthetics team. You’ll be in the best hands! 10/10, would absolutely recommend. ✨
