  Great airport that’s easy to get in and out of. We made it and hour and a half before our flight and over 30 minutes just to hang out

  Super clean airport, but the people that work her for Allegiant or something else. Two flights in a row writhing 2 weeks we’ve had trouble with this airport, this one returning flight back home to Destin with the exact same bags, clothes and everything that we flew up there with, We all fly allegiant all the time with backpacks and this time they said the backpack was too big, but he flew up there with it. Less than two weeks ago one of the flights got canceled out of nowhere when my wife is on the way to the airport, no reason we suspect due to low ticket sales. This left my wife stranded cause the next available flight was three days later. All allegiance is great airline, but you’re only as good as the people that work for you. Allegiant needs to do some restructuring with personnel.

  Every time I try to take advantage of the “speed and easy” mentioned by others for mid-America airport Belleville, IL I am disappointed. It’s the 3rd time I’ve landed here and find there is no one available to move the jet bridge up the airplane, and have to spend an extra 30 minutes on the airplane. It’s ridiculous!

  Smaller airport but not a lot of long lines and moved pretty quick. My first time using this airport.
