  They definitely need more tsa agents. If ur gonna charge extra for ppl to cut in line for tsa precheck at least have more than 1 agent at the gate. Terrible customer service ur being very rude to ur customers.

  I was waiting after my plane was delayed. A gentleman by the name of Reggie was exceptionally helpful and he was professional and courteous. I believe he worked in the janitorial department, but he was knowledgeable about the area, as well as where I could find food etc. while waiting. I also, inquired about the train on the tracks across from the airport, and Reggie informed me that the train is going to run from Mid America Airport to Lambert Airport. This will certainly make traveling to Mid-America Airport more convenient. It truly makes a difference when you receive great customer service. It makes all the difference in whether you want to return or continue giving your business to an establishment. I most certainly will be back. Thank you
