  I love flying out of MidAmerica!! I’ve never had a bad experience in over 25 yrs of flying from this airport to many places across the country. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. The process is so quick and easy!

  This is a great mid sized airport with a train station nearby with free parking and a train all the way to the St Louis airport. Midamerica is adjacent to Scott Air Force Base and an easy drive to any town in southern Illinois or central Illinois. Allegiant air is affordable and comfortable. It was one of the smoothest rides I've ever had.

  Love this airport. It was the 1st time for us using this one. Super easy to navigate. LOVED that there was no huge lines!!!

  The workers there are very rude!! Then after going through TSA, when you're trying to grab your luggage off the belt, the worker just shoves and pushes everything and then your things fall on the floor. My husband had some mints in a bin and one of the workers just knocked them off the belt and everything went on the floor. They didn't apologize or anything! I know I'm not the only person who thought that was rude! And had 5 delays then when we get there sitting there for almost 2 hours they tell us that our flight had been cancelled.
