Fair pricing for the area. Did a great Job communicating and finishing up with a settlement at a reasonable fee. Would highly recommend, if in need of an attourney in the MOV area.

He calls you back in timely manner. That's odd for most. He also tells you his honest opinion. Hire him.

My son was arrested for a DUI, during the first consultation, i made my biggest concern about him getting ANY jail time. He said the best way to get them to reduce or dismiss charges is by dragging out the proceedings. He never mentioned or corrected me about the avoiding jail time, it was a mandatory in the state of Ohio. My son ended up with arrest warrants issued because the attorneys office never informed us, and refused to take responsibility. We missed an earlier appointment because we were told one time that we needed to be there and the next time, we didnt. I dont know how many trips (2 hours round trip) that was some form of meeting or court appearance that we did try to be present only to find out that (parents & son) didnt habe to be present, this happened 3 times. But I still got to pay for his service, I should have sent in a complaint to the Barr Association, because he did NOT tell me that the jail time was mandatory and no way to get out of that. He wasted our time and money, and was absolutely no help.

Mr. Summers spent the time with me listening to my horror story about my ex and a traumatic unproven CPS accusation that wrecked our family, and made me feel like paying him to take my case would be worth it for us in protecting my daughter. He was not helpful in anyway and the ultimate no for me, was that he gaslit me during my trial. We were in the courthouse, ready to go back to see a judge after 5 months of waiting for a date and he starts saying he had already told me the judge had said he wouldn't support our case (he apparently said this in pre-trial, which I was told by Mr. Summers not to attend.) He absolutely never said a word to hint at this, or I would have prepared very differently leading up too court. I was stunned, and had to figure out how to walk into court and hold the line for my daughter without the full-hearted support of my attorney. It was terrifying and I had a full-blown panic attack before working out an shotty agreement directly with my ex in the magistrates chambers. Getting him to be my attorney was an enormous waste of a lot of hard earned money. I am extremely disappointed that his abysmal communication and lack of support, basically telling me at the final hour I needed to just let my case go because the judge already decided in pre-trial that he wouldn't support me... WHERE WAS THAT INFORMATION BEFORE TRIAL? I had to literally stand my ground against him and push for trial to get anywhere near a solution I could live with. THEN, he has the audacity to not only ask for a 5 star review when I am leaving the courthouse, but to send me a bill for $480 more. The image is my bill, and I am going to need a lot more explanation than this, because he didn't do a thing for my case. Robin Bonovich, however, was lovely and I wish she was serving Ohio so I could use her. If you are in WV, she is a caring attorney.
