  I am not posting this review about the firm, but about Heidi Nepscha, per se, who is currently working at this firm. I had a HORRIBLE experience with this lawyer, wasting my tens of thousands of dollars. She did not communicate well, did not know the laws related to my issues (until I literally searched one up and put it in her face), and did not know and even tried to talk during the hearings (to represent my opinions). Just search her name up - you will see other people's horrible experiences. PS - she moved from another company, and I guess her incompetence got her kicked out to another company. Also, I did a bit more Google search, and it seems like she jumps from one company to another pretty frequently. Search her name on Google images. She shows up in many different firms. Impressive.

  Alina did a great job of helping and guiding us through our case. She communicated well, was patient with us and kept us focused. We would definitely turn to her again for help.

  I would highly recommend using someone else she will just waste you time. And monsy. Very unprofessional and afraid to go infront of the judge. When we were in negotiations it felt like she was on the opposing side.

  A few year later. Another false alligations made against a child in the house hold. And my husband. KRIS put in place a no contact order with me included!!! When there was no claim with me in it. Including the children's grandmother. Absolutely no one biologically related can speak the children. I was pulled from my job. No contact with my step children. And she did all this before an investigation was started or completed by CPS. Cps came to our home last night in utter shock that she placed such an outrageous order in effect and that a judge signs these without reading them. Absolutely insane and not understanding how this isn't illegal and harassment!!! You want someone who tries to destroy your family and tear them apart??!!!??!?!? Pray you don’t get Kris assigned to you. All because the soon to be ex wife is uncomfortable that the husband has a girlfriend after 2 years apart, going through a divorce. ( and the ex wife is the one who cheated and moved in with her boyfriend right off the bat). She is a miserable woman who offers no explanation as to why she does what she does. Her response, “ I can’t answer that.” hands out pricy bills. 25 pages of billing!!! Over $7k. That was just one of her bills over the course of a year. Just because she likes to scroll through OFW and read what’s going on. Yeah you get billed for that! You want your kids to be around family instead of a day care with an old woman who has to many kids in her home and it’s not state certified. You want them to see their elderly grandparents. Kris doesn’t care. Apparently that’s not in the best interest of the kids. She’s rather see them in a daycare where the old woman grabs the kids faces and you catch her screaming at the kids. You want them safe with grandparents. Nope she sided with the mom on that too. SCARY what this woman does as punishment. This isn’t even the worst of it. More to come after everything is finalized.
