Once on behalf of an injured friend, and more recently for myself after being injured in an unmarked, unsafe construction zone at my rental property. Despite my background as a nurse practitioner and having what appears to be a clear, meritorious case, the intake staff refused to take the time to hear the details of my situation. The office staff was unprofessional and dismissive, which ultimately led me to take my case to another law firm that values potential clients.
