- BNBrad NicholsJan 11, 20261.0I would not recommend anyone to this firm. After winning my case, they left me hanging to figure things out my own. I was suppose to have a follow-up with my attorney and I had to call a month later to find out what my next steps were. After speaking with my attorney, I had a few questions for her and she told me she'd have to get back to me. I waited for a month and never received a call back. When I called to find out what was going on, she asked me what were the questions I had again, she still didnt have the answer and told me she'd get back to me in a few days. Guess what... she never called. When I spoke with Mrs. Duncan in regards to all of this, so she could be informed on what was happening. She had every excuse in the book and stuck up for her employee. She couldnt in fact acknowledge that it was wrong and instead she had the nerve to make a comment whether I was being truthful. I highly recommend a different attorney that will take good care of their clients. Mrs. Duncan to your response, If you read my review more clearly I stated my case was won. My issues were after the fact. Did you or not say to me on the phone that it didnt sound like my attorney wouldn't do something like that? Then stated to me as if it was true or not. I than said to you this isn't something to make up. You replied quickly with oh no I believe its true. Why would you even say something like that in the first place? Its a slap in the face to me and so unprofessional. You have every right to defend your firm, just like I have every right to notify people of my experience with your firm. For the people who read these reviews. I had to contact Duncan disability to have Mrs. Duncan reach out to me as I thought it was necessary to let her know the situation that happened to me personally. The response I got from her was disappointing knowing everything I said she had an excuse for. Im sorry but thats not how you run a business. I dont write many reviews, but felt I needed to let people know how my experience was. You can either take it or leave it thats up to you. I'm a very honest and caring person and wanted to share my thoughts.
