I have nothing but great things to say about Duncan Disability. From the very beginning each staff member I dealt with treated me with the utmost respect, took the time to answer all my questions and explained them so I could actually understand them. They're caring, personable and willing to stand beside you on your sometimes long, grueling, confusing and emotional battle trying to get your benefits. I highly recommend this firm to anyone whom has been denied disability benefits.

Terrible experience. Zero communication. I did a 45 minute intake over the phone, giving all of my personal and health information. Was told I would hear back within 3-5 days if they would take my case. Waited weeks with no phone call or letter. Left multiple voicemails at their office to ask if they'd made a decision. Finally got ahold of someone weeks later, was told they weren't taking my case. No explanation. I asked if they would please delete my personal information from their system, and was told "I don't know what we do when we don't take on a case." Do you like giving your personal and health information to a strange office with no communication? This whole experience was a waste of my time and I am extremely uncomfortable that this shady office now has all of my personal information.

Social Security led me on a long tirade so I got an attorney. He talked a good story, but when my hearing came, I was pretty much alone. It took some time for Duncan's to get my appeal hearing. I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork to keep them current. Dana talked to me for just a few minutes before the hearing but at least he was focused on relevant issues. The hearing came, things were not looking promising, and I was feeling some serious Deja Vu. Then Dana spoke. His concentration, attention to detail, knowledge of the proceedings, quick access to resources, strategy, and determination turned the tide. Duncan's won my appeal. This is a frustrating process that took 5 1/2 years from start to finish. My only regret is not finding Duncan's about 5 years earlier.

I am struggling. Its been almost a year since my appeal. I keep filling out the same paperwork over and over. When I call, I really don't get any answers. Im really not sure what to do I at this point. Im almost homeless and divorced. Im telling the God's honest truth but my family doesn't think so. What do I do?????
