  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Laster & Associates. From the very beginning, Ms. Laster and her team treated me with compassion, urgency, and professionalism. When I was dealing with a CPS case involving my children, they acted immediately. After our very first meeting, they got to work, and my case was dropped incredibly fast. What impressed me most was how dedicated they were to helping my family. Ms. Laster and her team truly care about the families they represent and fight hard to achieve the best possible outcome no matter what don’t Walk Run to set that appointment up when thinking about Hiring them. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful times of my life. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment are unmatched.   I originally had a different attorney at this firm who was doing an excellent job on my custody case. However, I was told he is no longer with the firm and in the middle of litigation, my case was transferred to Attorney Parker after he left the firm to open his own practice. I expressed concerns about the transfer and felt uncomfortable continuing with an attorney who was focused on starting a new law office during such an important stage of my case. Unfortunately, communication became poor, witnesses I provided were never subpoenaed, and I felt my case was not properly prepared for trial. Despite having extensive evidence and even a favorable guardian ad litem recommendation, my case was lost and I ended up having to pay child support to the father. While Attorney parker is no longer with this firm, I still believe the firm made a poor decision by transferring my case under those circumstances. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm for a custody case.

  Attorney Young was very knowledgeable and whatever needed to be done was done in a timely manner. She made a very stressful situation attainable. Erica Young was able to acquire everything I asked for and will keep my daughter safe.

  Attorney Laster is nothing short of wonderful. This is my second time hiring her to take on my case! My most recent court battle with my daughter's father lasted 10+ months and she was a warrior every step of the way. She fought fairly for my daughter and I and we are eternally grateful for her! If you want someone who gets the job done and won't back down, make sure you have Attorney Laster in your corner!
