In attempting to explain my situation she repeatedly in a very snotty way kept saying we can't represent you! Then decided to say well I'll take your information in a way that seemed my information would never reach an actual attorney so I just hung up. There are several words I could use to describe her but being that I never got through to an attorney and this reflects the office as a whole I'll leave it at I hope they remind her what her position is and get her some customer service training.
