  We were fortunate to find Hawk Quindel, specifically Maeve Pirt Meyer to advocate and represent a family member in applying for SSDI.   "If you are fighting an employer for wrongfully denied survivor benefits, I strongly urge you to contact Hawks Quindel, S.C. for a free consultation. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain if you and your family are indeed entitled to said benefits. Keep in mind that a denial is not a final determination, but you must act quickly to meet the strict deadlines and preserve your right to appeal the denial. I highly recommend attorney Jessa Victor, who provided masterful leadership on my case, but the successful outcome was truly a team effort. The team included associate Naomi Swain, law clerk Emma Basch, paralegal Hadley Bouchard, and legal assistant Dylan Grey, all of whom did incredible work handling the intense legal research, stacks of documents to review, and background details required for complex employer-sponsored benefit claims. Additionally, the office staff was efficient, communicative, and supportive.
