  They are scammers, they offer a 60/40 split no fee unless you win! I am currently at the end of my case and MY PORTION OF THE SETTLEMENT HAS DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR KNOWLEDGE TOO MYSELF UNTIL I STARTED ASKING FOR NUMBERS BEFORE SIGNING SETTLEMENT DISBURSEMENT FORM...IT IS NOW 50/50 I WAS NOT PART OF NEGOTIATIONS NOR WAS I ALLOWED TO VIEW OR WITNESS ANY OF THE NEGOTIATIONS THAT TOOK PLACE. I WAS TALKED DOWN BY THE LAWYERS AND INTIMIDATED BY BEING TOLD THAT EMPLOYERS USUALLY DONT SETTLE FAST OR FOR MUCH MONEY IF THEY DO SETTLE AT ALL....I had SEVERAL different lawyers or paralegals contact me and none were on the same page whatsoever...one specific lady named JEN is very rude, short, and condescending when she talks to you. Definitely not for the people and it shows! I was not allowed to present all of the proof and documentation I had against my employer yet I was told I needed more evidence to strengthen my case. When I told this to one of the lawyers he was not aware of this. All in all, they took AT LEAST HALF OF MY MONEY AND took their time doing much of nothing. I have not yet received my settlement so we will see what I ACTUALLY end up getting in the end...it has already been FOUR MONTHS!!

  I used this law office to file for ch. 7 bankruptcy and I was impressed by how quickly everything was done. I only had to contact them once to see if everything was going good, they handled the rest. The case was closed in about 3 months. It was also a huge relief to know he accepted legal insurance to cover his costs.

  One of their junior lawyers is representing a family member of mine in a divorce case, and the responsiveness and professional care are terrible. Lawyer completely failed to ask to set a next court date during a hearing in September, so no court date is on the docket months later, though terms set by the court aren't being upheld, and family is suffering. Two lengthy emails of concerns sent to atty. in October and November received zero responses. Answer to a phone call was, "What's up?" Then Oh yeah, let's get you on a (billable) phone call. Client never gets a response unless days have passed and they're contacted multiple times. Does the owner know what his employees are doing? Shouldn't he?

  The first lawyer I had did nothing on my case and no calls or text answered after she told me we would be going to court soon. when she left the law office I called the new lawyer who never returned any of my calls so i called one of head lawyers who said he would call which he did and I missed it I called repeatedly with no return Call had to make appointment to see him and was again ignored made more calls never returned calls never once did I receive a once a month statement as promised. Felt like they took my $ and no help guess my case wasn't a $ maker
