  Wow. Just called to get information about moving forward with a divorce and whoever answers their phones should probably be reconsidered. Rude is an understatement and unwelcoming. I have no idea how a divorce works which is why I am reaching out to a lawyer to get more information and how to. Any question I had was answered in a condescending tone. I’ve been calling around all day to try to find the best option for me and this was the only person I spoke to who made me feel dumb for asking any of the questions that I did.

  I hired Lakeside Legal Services (Jeremy Vanderloop) and he never met me, didn’t know my case until I had to chase him down, and did nothing he promised. After I fired him, I’ve gotten no refund, no accounting, and no response despite repeated calls, and emails. Completely unprofessional — I’m filing a grievance with the Wisconsin OLR.
